Some folks enjoy “watching” a few neighborhoods to learn about the market nuances and activity in that area. I set up specific searches that include available, pending sale and closed sales in areas that they want to learn about. This enables my customers to “watch” how long properties stay on the market and they can see the condition and location vs. pricing. They find this helpful and quite interesting!
